OWNER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR

A caring colourist and creative soul pushing the boundaries of colour to create beauty.

She may be the Boss, but foremost Kristie is a passionate specialist Colour Technician, that lives and breathes colour.

Kristie is one of the best and most sort after colourists in Australia and the 2025 AHIa Australian Colourist of the Year as well as the 2024 Colour World International Colour genius Winner. She demonstrates technical excellence within the salon and her industry endeavours and is widely known as the go to blonde and balayage expert. An Australian Colour Technician of the Year Finalist 8 times over, as well as being recognised as a finalised for international colour awards.

Kristie has built a reputation for outstanding colour knowledge and service. Her loyal clientele is maintained by constantly offering change, based on her unique personalised colour expertise. Elle Broadhurst

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Elle is our one-of-a-kind cutting specialist and one of the OG's of Cobelle. With over 14 years in the salon and a trophy shelf to match – including Queensland Hairdresser of the Year, Australian Salon Stylist of the Year (twice!), and Creative Force of the Year – Elle brings precision, passion, and artistry to every style she creates. Her eye for detail and love of bold, beautiful hair make her the ultimate go-to for a truly tailored look.

Amanda O'Connor

PRINCIPAL STYLIST

Amanda is a powerhouse in precision and creativity, and her talent speaks for itself – she’s a two-time Queensland Hairdresser of the Year. Known for her next-level cutting skills and sharp eye for detail, Amanda brings a confident, polished energy to every appointment. Whether you're after a bold change or a beautifully tailored shape, you're in the best hands with Amanda.

PRINCIPAL COLOURIST/STYLIST

With 10 years of experience in the hair industry, Britney is a highly skilled colourist known for her flawless blondes, seamless balayages, and stunning transformations. Her cutting and creative eye bring every look to life, making her a sought-after stylist for clients wanting, fresh, beautiful hair.

Paige Cameron

SENIOR STYLIST/ SENIOR COLOURIST

The 2024 AHIA New Creative Talent of the Year winner and a 2023 Australian Hot Shot team member Paige is now a well established member of our Senior team. Trained from an apprentice by Kristie and Elle in all things cut and colour, Paige is an absolutely beautiful hairdresser and will create the perfect hair for you.

Anna Judd

CASUAL SALON DIRECTOR

Anna is a steady force, and is a figure of support, comfort and care for the team. Her casual status doesn’t affect the big impact she makes during her time in the salon.

Anna boasts endless wisdom and experience, and is always a willing listener and voice of reason for staff and clients alike. She has established a distinct, sought-out cutting style and is straightforward in her approach.

Issy Vowles

THIRD YEAR APPRENTICE

Issy is our fabulous emerging stylist, currently in the final year of her apprenticeship and already making waves in the salon. With a keen eye for colour and a flair for styling, she’s your go-to for fresh regrowth touch-ups, glossy tints, bouncy blowdries, and dreamy downstyles. Friendly, talented, and full of promise – Issy’s the one to book when you want great hair and good vibes.

Olivia Vettoretta

SECOND YEAR APPRENTICE

Olivia is our wonderful second-year apprentice, already making a name for herself with her calm, professional energy. She’s your go-to for a flawless blow-dry and a truly relaxing basin experience that will leave you feeling pampered. With her natural touch and growing skill set, Olivia is on her way to becoming a standout stylist – and in the meantime, she’s here to make you feel your best!
