Cancelation Policy
We kindly request that all cancelations are done so with 24 hours notice. Bookings canceled within 24 hours notice will require a 50% deposit to secure the next appointment. Cobelle reserves the right to cancel all unconfirmed appointments within 24 hours of the appointment day. All no show bookings will require a 50% deposit upon booking their next appointment. Any no show appointments that have paid a deposit will loose that deposit.
Everyones time is precious. Any client arriving at their appointment more than 10 minutes late, will be required to reschedule their appointment.
